HOUSE RULES & USEFUL TIPS

1. PETS
   Please ensure pets are not allowed on the furniture and are not left inside the house alone.
    

2. SAUNA
   Refer to the SAUNA rules sheet for safety instructions. Use a towel on the Sauna seat at all times. Please be lighly dressed for the sauna. Do not dry clothes or take liquids inside the sauna.
    

3. PROJECTOR
   If using projector during day, please use the light block curtain attached to main door. 
    

4. WIFI
   Wifi is provided for your convenience. ID & Password is on the fridge as magnet.
    

5. BIKES
   Bikes, along helmets are provided for your convenience. Do not ride the bikes on driveway and be mindful of cars driving by. 
    

6. BBQ
   Gas cylinders can be swapped at the town. Please clean the BBQ with cleaning products provided after use.
    

7. TABLE TENNIS
   Extra table tennis balls are available in the Laundry Cupboard in the Garage.
    

8. BEACH
   Trial Bay Front Beach is not patrolled. Please be mindful of currents. Please wash the sand off from you and your furry pal before entering the house. Outdoor shower can be accessed from the side of the house.
    

9. NOISE
   Please respect the neighborhood and keep the noise down.
    

10. PARKING
    There is ample parking on opposite side of the street. Please keep the DRIVEWAY CLEAR at all times.
